Stamp Ink Paper challenge 21 - Embellished Ornaments

Hello blog land!

Thanks for joining me for my card today. The theme for my card is Christmas, as I've chosen the challenge from Stamp, Ink, Paper. I love making Christmas cards, and this stamp set is really beautiful. I hadn't used the holly branch before and I love it! I've used a very simple colour palette of Cucumber Crush and Whisper White and a dash of silver glimmer! To make my berries stand out, I'd normally colour them in a red marker, either Cherry zcobbler or Real Red and then grab my Crystal Effects and dot over them, but I didn't want to wait until it dried, so I used some red rhinestones from Kaisercraft instead. Shhh! Don't tell anyone! :-)

Here is my card.

And here is the challenge from Stamp Ink Paper. Click on the image and you'll be directed to their site. Check out the amazing projects and inspiration!

  1. Hi Nicole, love that your ornament is centre stage on this card, but I really do like the holly all over the background with the cute rhinestone berries. Thanks so much for joining us at Stamp Ink Paper. Carolyn xx

  2. You made such a pretty card! The touch of silver glimmer paper on top of the ornament tops it off. Thank you for joining us this week at the Stamp Ink Paper challenge.
